Let's face it. Some of us may be trying to hide those extra pounds gained during the pandemic. Although you may be working on getting summer-time fine, here are some stylish ways to embrace those extra curves.
1. Monochromatic Outfit
Wearing a darker color from top to bottom lengthens the body and camouflages areas that you may want to bring less attention to.
2. Fitted Clothes
Head to the tailor to get a form-fitted and polished look. Be sure not to get your pieces too tight as it will create an unflattering look.
3. High-rise Pant/Skirt
A mid to high-rise pant or skirt will elongate your lower half, creating a more proportional overall look. Tuck in the blouse to cinch the waist and balance out the outfit.
4. Avoid Large / Busy Prints
You don’t have to dodge prints or designs completely. Lean towards small versus the oversized, busy prints. Add a solid top or bottom to compliment the print.
