A complimentary 15-minute conversation to uncover your unique style and brand vision. This session sets the foundation for a tailored strategy, ensuring every EMA service you receive is personalized and impactful from the start.
Cancellation Policy
At Elle Maxwell Agency, we’re committed to helping you elevate your personal and professional brand through expert styling, image consulting, and strategic brand management. To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, please review our booking policies below: 1. Discovery Call (Complimentary Consultation) We offer a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call for new clients. This initial session is designed to explore your goals, assess alignment, and determine the best service pathway. Please note: this call is capped at 15 minutes and cannot be rescheduled if canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice. 2. Booking & Payment Consultations: Consultations beyond the Discovery Call (e.g., style or brand assessments) require full payment at the time of booking. These are non-refundable and may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. If canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice, consultations are considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled. Packages & Projects: Following your consultation, a custom proposal will be provided. To secure your service package: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and initiate work. Payment plans or milestone-based options may be available for ongoing services and will be detailed in your service agreement. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations Consultations: One-time rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional changes may incur a $50 rebooking fee or forfeiture of the session. Discovery Calls: Complimentary calls cannot be rescheduled if canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. Full-Service Projects: Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. Late changes may result in additional fees, as outlined in your agreement. 4. Travel & Location Fees For in-person sessions beyond a 25-mile radius of our office zip code: 75078, travel or location fees may apply. These will be confirmed during the booking process. 5. What’s Included Each service includes pre-session preparation, personalized recommendations, and a follow-up email with curated style or strategy resources. Wardrobe reviews or personal shopping sessions may be included or added based on your service tier and will be discussed during your consultation. 6. Confidentiality All personal and professional details shared during your sessions are treated with strict confidentiality.
